Service Master with special adapter boxes

To guarantee a proper measurement, its not enough to observe the nominal pressure of the system.

Also it is required to calculate the requested sampling rate of the measurement and possible maximum pressure peaks.

Only highly rated measurement test point connectors can keep the conditions.

Laser alignment equipment for heavy machines

A proper alignment of the injection unit is the basic request for stabile results of the injection unit.

Finally, the alignment has to be checked between the centre of injection piston-rod and the current assembled shot-sleeve in full closed position of the machine.

The existing optical measurement systems cannot fulfill that request, because that kind of measurement is doing on site of the Fixed Platen only in the open position of the machine.

So movements of the Fixed Platen, of the die and of the shot sleeve in the moment of closing of the machine stay out of measurement.

To find really valid results, we offer the check of the alignment by our laser-based system.

Here we assemble the sender directly on the shot sleeve and the receiver will be moved 120 degrees around the injection piston-rod.

With this system, which is developed by the German Specialists of company Prüftechnik, we set 5 points in the angle of 120 degrees and after the measurement the evaluation unit shows and save the declination of the centre axis.

Profibus / Profinet Analizer

New electrical controlled equipment often is connected via Siemens Profibus or Profinet.

Beside the advantages of those connections, it is difficult to find communication problems in the systems.

We have the equipment to analyze the data transfer and failure rates in the systems by connection of a Profibus or Profinet tester.

This equipment not only do identify a problem but also let you have a certification of the whole data network on the machine and we are able to say, in which distance of a connecting exchange point the estimated problem is to find.

Flow Meters and controls for High Temperature water and oil

In the casting processes of parts, the temperature-flow of the die is a main parameter of the casting process.

The simplest way is to check the temperature of the heat transfer medium.

But this do not take a guarantee to have also the right quantity of heat transfer.

Only with flow meters in the return conduction there is a safety to see temperature problems before they will cause to differently parts quality.

The flow meters must be able to be connected in high temperature environment and also for temperature transfer medium like heating oil.
